Participants will need to be available to attend the full course hours. Should a participant not complete an assessment, they will need to rebook and course fees will apply.
Attire
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, as they will be required to demonstrate the practical skills learnt.
Closed toe shoes are also recommended for OH&S requirements.
Student identification
Please note that all participants are required to present photo identification on the day of the course.
Pre-Learning Material
Where applicable, participants will be provided with pre learning material and a questionnaire. These must be completed prior to attending the course. If not completed prior to the course, AHEAD Training Group reserves the right to deny attendance on the day.
Provision of the Statement of Attainment/ Certificate
A statement of attainment (certificate) will be provided to participants who successfully complete an accredited course.
Participants must create a Unique Student Identifier (USI) prior to booking any accredited training in order to receive their certificate. AHEAD Training Group will verify the USI and if invalid, AHEAD Training Group will not be able to issue the participant with their certificate (due to government regulations).
Training Resources
All training resources necessary to conduct the training will be provided by AHEAD Training Group.
Course Payment
All payments must be made in Australian dollar currency.
